enjoying the small things

Steam rose lazily up from our iron, the swish and spray of the washing machine was heard, flowers were gently placed on the table, small fingers tapped the key board, pencils bobbed up and down, someone lay curled up on the couch reading a good book, ducks quacked, and warped shadows and golden lighting smothered the walls, and while all this happened I captured some of this beauty.

What is your favorite thing to take pictures of?

  2. Those pancakes look yummy! Thanks for joining Alicia and me in the Crazy Days of Summer Photo Challenge. I hope you'll be back again on Friday when we move on to a new theme, "fun with friends". Have a great day. :)

  3. Right now we are taking 'tons' of photos of life growing in our summer garden.
In the winter, when I can, I really like to capture the individual characters of each unique snowflake and the exquisite teamwork of snowflakes as they accumulate and decorate our surroundings!

  6. Lovely photos!!! I love the ocean, flower, and pancake photos best. I do have one question:
What font did you use for the "hey there" photo? If you can't answer, that's okay, but if you can, thank you so much :)) Nice post!

  7. Hi Jocee! I'm more then happy to answer your question! :: I used Fang Song for 'hey' and Edwardian Script for 'there'... I added these fonts to the picture with Picasa. :)
    Hope this helps!
    Have a lovely day!
