a walk

A walk is slow, sometimes brisk, and contemplative; it is wrung with fields and wild flowers and an open, still azure sky. It contains sunshine that filter through leaves; it whooshes with wind; it holds roads and paths that wined through scenery like silk ribbons. Found deep within the soul of a countryside walk, stillness and aesthetics blend together.

Go -- escape and flee outside today, in an hour, or even now.  Walk, run, jump, leap, skip, hop and dance through the countryside and take photos and just breathe.  You'll be so glad you did.

  9. Once again, your pictures, your words, they astound me. I love them with a passion.  "it contains roads and paths that wined through scenery like silk ribbons." I love the imagery with the silk ribbons. I can just see the soft paths when I read that. Brilliancy. ;)

And your pictures... ahh... May I go on that walk with you? :) I love that first picture with truck tracks imprinted deeply into the earth. It's awesome. Your... Oh phooey, you know when you just can't find the right word, and the more you search for it, the further away it grows? That's happening to me right now. I've sat for like three minutes trying to think of this stupid word, but it WON'T come to me. It's horrible.

anyway, I should go before I lose all my words. But thank you, for inspiring.
    Love,
    Rebekah
