My day: procrastination, facebook, blogger, assignment; procrastination, facebook, blogger, assignments, etc; I think you get the point. I'm ever-so ready to finish this semester and am so glad I'm almost at it's end -- I can make it, right??! Besides working on my final 1,500 word assignment (and procrastinating ahem), I photographed a really lovely and fun couple (above), which I can't wait to share some more photos of. And... I recently received my music results! Which I'm thrilled with! I got a distinction -- so thank you so much to those of you who thought of and prayed for me.
One last thing: we're going on holiday for a little while - so I might disappear for a week or two if we don't end up having internet in our holiday home. :)
How has life been where you are?
I hope you have a lovely day!
xx Acacia
your day sounds busy, but also very lovely. I love these shots, girl! so much beauty + movement. ♥
ReplyDeleteI must admit - I didn't do ALL of that in one day - I did it in two. ;) But nonetheless, it has been rather busy in some ways... and thanks! I'm thrilled you like my photos. xx
DeleteI love how you made the photos a different size than normal, very artistic =)
ReplyDeleteohh thank you, maddie - I'm so glad you noticed + appreciated that. xx
Deleteaaah i love frankie! have you read yen? it's also australian and sort of artsy, crafty, diy oriented. though i guess the content is more music-based. :) have an amazing end of the week!
ReplyDeleteyess, frankie is so good! I haven't read 'yen' yet, so I'll definitely look into that! I love magazines that has anything art, craft, and diy-related. and music??! I'm up for it. thanks! you have a good week too! :) x
Deletereally love the colours of your photos! 7 is my favorite! xx
ReplyDeleteahh thank you! once I added the photos together, I noticed 'hey, these colours kind of flow together'. :) have a lovely day, nora. xx
Deleteahh, these frames. my heart. i'm in love with your cropping of the two from your couple session, it gives such a romantic + intimate vibe.
ReplyDeleteand i so know what you mean about crazy busy days, i've been trying to finish up some late finals, working on a lot of church projects, and then loosing wifi (which was how i was finishing up finals) for an entire day... pretty much anything creative has been put on the back shelf and i feel like my head hasn't stopped spinning. :P
your words are truly kind, dear, thank you! I'll be praying for you (really, I will) because sometimes all we need is to slow down rather than spinning on with plans, goals, and aspirations -- always looking into the future but forgetting to appreciate the beauty of now. xx
DeleteBeautiful! Also, YOU ARE READING THE BOOK THIEF?! It's one of my favourite books...ever. I find it hard to explain why; but i'd love to know what you think of it! X
ReplyDeleteahh yess! I haven't quite read all of it but I'll definitely tell you what I think of it once I finish it -- so far it's incredible. :) x
DeleteThe photos are all stunning! I love them all!
